Deposits & Payments

Projects $500 and under all monies are due before the start of the project. For projects over $500 we have payment options available (see Financing). In order to receive your designs full and final payment must be made. All deposits made on projects are non-refundable

Financing

FORWARD my brand offers an in-house financing program that will fit your business and your budget needs. You will have the luxury of being able to make payments that fit your budget while, we are designing the best apps and websites for your business possible.

Option 1: Pay over 6 months

Option 2:  3 easy payments

or

Option 3: Pay half of the total upfront and remaining at the completion of project

  • Not in Check Systems

  • Valid Checking Account

  • Valid Drivers License/State Issued or Military ID

Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will make every attempt to make sure you are satisfied with the services that are rendered.

 

Project Turnaround

Project turnaround may vary depending upon the type of project. (Request a quote to determine turnaround time for your specific project) Full payment must be received upon receipt.
